Notice of the Annual General Meeting of Southern Districts Rugby Union Club Limited

Dear members,

This is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of Southern Districts Rugby Club Limited. The details of this meeting are as follows:

Date: Thursday 27th February 2025
Time: 6:00 pm
Place: SDRC Clubhouse – Forshaw Rugby Park, 223b Belgrave Esplanade Sylvania Waters 2224

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:

  • ask questions about the operations and finances of Southern Districts Rugby Club

  • speak about any items on the agenda

  • vote on any resolutions proposed.

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

  • accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting

  • accept the annual report

  • accept the auditor’s report

  • accept the annual financial statements

  • elect directors

Nominations for Directors close Thursday 13th February 2025 at 5:00pm.
