July School Holiday Camp
Southern Districts Rugby Union Club is hosting our Rugby Holiday Camp this July School Holidays!
It will be running from for 2 days inclusive of Monday 16th, Tuesday 17th of July 2024 at Forshaw Rugby Park.
Rugby Rascals (6-10 year old)
Come and join us for a two-day camp filled with action and fun, designed for enthusiastic young boys and girls eager to learn new skills, make new friends, and have a great time. Your child will be able to experience various aspects of rugby, including engaging skills and drills sessions, mindfulness activities, obstacle courses, team-building exercises, and much more.
Development Camp (11-14 year old)
Take advantage of the opportunity to join us for an incredible two-day camp tailored for young male and female athletes who are looking to take their rugby game to the next level. Our expert coaching staff will guide participants through skill and drill sessions, strength and conditioning exercises, mentoring sessions, and exciting games. This is an incredible chance to enhance your rugby knowledge and skills while having a blast with fellow athletes.
This is a fantastic way to spend a few days of your school holidays doing all things footy and fun.
Each day will begin at 9am for drop-off and registration and the day will kick off at 9.30am. Pick up time is 3pm.
Each child needs to bring:
Their lunch, water bottle and a hat
Footy boots, mouth guard and head gear if they have them
Important Details:
9am Drop-off and registration for a 9.30am Kick-Off; Pick up at 3pm
Location: 233B Belgrave Esplanade, Sylvania Waters, NSW 2224
Sunscreen, water and morning tea will be provided
First Aid Staff Member will be present for the entire camp.
