WOMEN’S 2025 HEAD COACH

We are very excited to announce Junior Ta’ale continues in the role of Head Coach of our growing Women’s Program. Junior is a wonderful rugby man, community man and a talented coach and motivator.

“I'm thrilled to have once again been appointed as the Women’s Head Coach for 2025. Last November, I joined the Southern Districts Rugby Club, and it has been an exciting journey. I am passionate about making a positive impact not only in my own life but also in the lives of our Women's team. A big thank you to my incredible coaching team: Smarty, Doug, Sam, Bryant, Jordan, and Will, who have made my job so much easier.

I also want to express my gratitude to our club captain, Libby, and Brooke, who have done an amazing job connecting with the players. I am incredibly proud of our Women's team and how much we have achieved this year. We've had our highs and lows, but we persevered and finished 5th out of 11 teams, which is a great achievement.

I am looking forward to kicking off our off-season in November. We will be focusing on recruiting new players and coaches, as well as elevating the standard and performance level of our players.”
